Ex-DeLorean factory site revived as motorised wheelbarrow showroom.
Some people are like slinkies: they don't really have a purpose, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them downstairs.

It's almost finished!!
The floor needs painted and there are a few small mods to make it totally Classic-Owner friendly but we're finally there.
Total cost around £3000 for an 18 by 16 garage, 8 1/2 feet high (at the sides) with 10-foot roller door and a side pedestrian door. I got the builder to overlap the roof at the old garage side so as to utilise the original guttering and save having two gutters on one side, plus it's now a covered walkway for dry access or storage.
I've got two Triumphs waiting restoration already, neither of them mine...

Nice Wooden Garage that is JUST long enough for a Stag.
The roof joists are a bit on the low side and I regularly crack the old noggin when standing up again.

my garage door is exactly 1 and a half inches too narrow to fit a car into
someday i hope to double the width of the garage, widen the door and raise the roof a few feet. and put a door into an ajoining shed to make a nice little storeroom for spares and stuff.

The 2 essential tools in any toolbox are a hammer and cable ties.
If it moves and it shouldn't: Use The Cable Ties.
If it doesn't move and it should: Use The Hammer.

I dont want a narrower car. My old man got steel doors put on it and the guy put the wrong hinges on them so they stick out when they are open. one of these days ill get around to sorting it. and then i just gotta find somewhere to put all the crap thats in it..........
