Practical Classic is launching the search for Britain’s most popular classic!

It's going to be the biggest and most rigorous survey of Britain's classic car taste since 2004 (when we last gathered your 100 favourite classics together) and will culminate in a repeat of the extraordinary spectacle where the top 100 great classics nominated by you will be gathered at one location for a 'ton-up' blast.

It's a once-in-a-decade opportunity for you to nominate your favourite and get it on the list. We will involve national media, radio and TV for the classic event of the year - so get nominating.

The last time Practical Classics asked you to name your favourite classic your intriguing hot 100 was topped by the Morris Minor and followed by a host of homegrown classics: Jaguar E-type, MGB and Mini. Gatecrashing the Brit party at number five was the Citroën DS. It will be fascinating to see if it’s possible for a vehicle launched in 1948 to entrance us still. But what wins is up to you!

This is one definitive vote. The big one. Your chance to make a name for your choice as  Britain’s favourite classic car. We will announce the venue for the Hot 100 in the next issue. Until then, nominate your favourite tin via the button below - let battle commence!
